LOVB San Francisco Name the Team Sweepstakes Rules

Enter to win four tickets to the home opener of LOVB San Francisco in January 2027, date to be scheduled. In order to enter, you must participate in the LOVB San Francisco Name the Team free public vote through https://lovbsf.com/nametheteam where your submission is your automatic entry. One winner will be selected from entrants who register through this https://lovbsf.com/nametheteam during this period (March 18 - June 1, 2026). 

Eligibility:This LOVB San Francisco Name the Team Sweepstakes  (“Sweepstakes”)  is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  Void outside of the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.  Enter via the form at https://lovbsf.com/sweepstakes

Sponsorship:The Sweepstakes sponsor is San Francisco Sports and Entertainment LLC (“Sponsor” or “LOVB San Francisco”) located at 421 Elm Avenue, Larkspur, CA 94939.  LOVB and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  LOVB San Francisco will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period:This Sweepstakes begins on March 18, 2026, at 12:00pm PDT and ends on June 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm PDT (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter:During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes entry page located at https://lovbsf.com/sweepstakes and fill out the form to enter. All entries become the property of Sponsor and no entry will be acknowledged or returned.Limit of one entry per individual. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted.  Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as solely determined by LOVB, will be disqualified.  Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.As an alternate form of entry, you may send your full name, email address, and phone number via email to info@lovbsf.com The email must be received by LOVB San Francisco by July 31, 2025, at 12:00pm.Each eligible participant only receives one entry.

Prize:Four tickets to the LOVB San Francisco home opener, which will be held in January 2027 and the date will be scheduled this fall 2026, and a merchandise prize pack for four. Total approximate retail value of the prize is $1000.Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes.  Winner must provide a valid social security number or taxpayer identification number before the prize will be awarded. 

Selection of Winner:The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.Each winner is only eligible to win one prize. The drawing will take place on August 1, and the winner will be notified via the email provided at entry.  The drawing will be conducted by LOVB San Francisco, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.  LOVB San Francisco reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status through fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Sweepstakes rules, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.  The winner will be notified via email and must respond to claim the prize within 48 hours or LOVB San Francisco may award the prize to a new winner, who will be chosen in the same manner as the first winner was chosen.  If the prizes are not claimed by 8/6/25, LOVB San Francisco may choose to not award such prize.

General TermsBy entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.  Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes and prizes.  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, OSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winner grants Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, image, voice, and likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known through the world.View LOVB’s privacy policy.

Amendments: LOVB San Francisco reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason.
